Refund and cancellation
This Refund and cancellation policy outlines about how you
can cancel or seek a refund for a product / service that you have
purchased through the Platform. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will only be considered if the request is
made within 30 minutes of placing the order. However,
cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have
been communicated to such sellers/merchant(s) listed on the
Platform and they have initiated the process of shipping them,
or the delivery personnel is out for pickup.
- In case We receive a refund for a transaction which You
have processed earlier, We will refund the funds back to the
source, including RPharma Wallet.
- In case the parcel is accepted by the consignee, the
delivery will be deemed completed. After completion of the
delivery, if the items are found to be damaged, incomplete or
defective, please report the same to the consignor. We, being
only the logistics partner, will not be responsible for the
same.
- Further, in case of cancellation of a transaction,
refunded amount will be credited back to the source.
