Introduction

This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
  • This document is published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of domain name "www.rghspharma.com" (hereinafter referred to as "Platform").
  • The Platform is owned by Prasac Berater Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at B-234, 1st Floor, 10B Scheme, Gopalpura Bypass, Jaipur- 302018 (Rajasthan), (hereinafter referred to as "Platform Owner", "we", "us", "our") and RPharma is one of its business ventures. These Terms & Conditions of Use, govern your use of RPharma platform such as www.rghspharma.com.
  • Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If You transact on the Platform, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such transaction. By mere use of the Platform, You shall be contracting with the Platform Owner and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations, with Platform Owner. These Terms of Use relate to your use of our website, service for Logistics, Software and Insurance (collectively, "Services"). Any terms and conditions proposed by You which are in addition to or which conflict with these Terms of Use are expressly rejected by the Platform Owner and shall be of no force or effect. These Terms of Use can be modified at any time without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates.
  • For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "you", "your" or "user" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user/buyer on the Platform.

All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to the platform. This site is designed, updated and maintained independently by RPharma. The content is owned by RPharma. You may not modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce, create derivative work from, distribute, repost, perform, display or in any way commercially exploit any of the contents available on the RPharma Platform or in any way reverse engineer the Platform.

Access To And Use Of The Platform:-

You are prohibited from accessing data not intended for you or logging onto a processor, or access device or account which you are not authorized to access. You shall not interfere with or disrupt the services for any other user, including, without limitation, by submitting a virus, or worm in the network. You shall not use the Platform to send any unsolicited e-mail or other information.

Indemnity And Release:-

You shall indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand, or actions including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or any document incorporated by reference, or your violation of any law, rules, regulations, or the rights of a third party.

RPharma expressly disclaims all and any kind of warranties, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Parties using the information provided on the Platform may do so after satisfying themselves that the same suits their individual requirements.
  • RPharma uses information voluntarily provided by users to optimise their experience on our Platform, whether to provide personalized elements, or to prepare a better future content base in the interests of our users. However, the information contained on this website is not intended to be, and should not be treated as legal or professional advice. “RPharma” is a business venture of Prasac Berater Private Limited. In no event shall RPharma be responsible to any person or entity for any loss or damage, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise, arising out of access or use or dissemination of information contained on the Platform, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or damage to the user's computer systems even if RPharma has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination Of Use:-

RPharma may discontinue, suspend or modify the Platform at any time without notice, and RPharma may block, terminate or suspend your and any user's access to the Platform at any time in its sole discretion.

Severability:-

If any part of the provisions, contained in these Terms are determined to be invalid, or unenforceable to any extent, such provision shall be severed from the remaining provisions which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms, and any claims arising out of the use of the information from the Platform shall be governed by the laws of India and only the Courts in Jaipur (Rajasthan), and no other Courts, shall have jurisdiction over the same.

Violation of terms

If you violate these Terms, RPharma reserves the right to issue you a warning regarding the violation and/or immediately terminate or suspend any or all accounts you have created using the Platform and immediately terminate the contractual agreement you have with RPharma.
